The Zventa Agency conducts
trainings for sales representatives, managers of the
company sub-divisions. We do not only suggest the
standard programmes, but also work out new ones
depending on the wish of our customer and the tasks set.
Trainings are conducted under our partners' conception
support and are based on the recognized leading foreign
systems. Since the foundation of our agency we have
accumulated significant experience in training

Effective sales
This is a training for trade
representatives, supervisors, working in whole-sale
companies (FMCG), specialists in sales, who are directly
occupied with the retail goods distribution.
Goals: training new techniques and methods of effective
work with a customer to increase sales volumes.
Process. This training allows to get and consolidate
effective communication skills. In this training we pay
a special attention to the work in the conflict
situations with "difficult clients". Consolidation of
the effective sales skills with the usage of the video
materials.
Group: up to 12 persons.
Duration: 16 hours (2 days).
The program can be divided into phases according to the
customer's needs.
- Negotiation methods
This training is designed for trade representative,
managers of the company subdivisions, mid and top level
managers.
Goals: business negotiations technique and skills
development.
Process. Studying stages of the negotiation process,
methods of active listening; kinds of questions and
effectiveness of their usage during negotiations: the
body language as the additional source of information
about your collocutor: methods of forming empathy:
methods of the development of long-term relations with a
customer.
Group: up to 7 persons.
Duration: 8 hours (1 day)
The program can be divided into phases according to the
customer's needs.
Training for shop-consultants
This
training is designed for salesmen, who work with
"difficult" goods (domestic appliances, building
materials, furniture, equipment etc.).
Goals: improvement of the effectiveness of the
shop-consultant work with different types of clients.
Process. studying the techniques of the work with a
purchaser: types of purchasers; stages of the work with
a purchaser: analysis of typical difficult situation
with an active discussion method: active usage of video
materials for the analysis and correction of the
salesmen behaviour during role games.
Group: up to 12 persons.
Duration: 16 hours (2 days)
Training for promoters
This is a training for
senior students of high establishments.
Goals: training products promotion technique during
promotion campaigns.
Process. Effective methods of contact with different
types of clients, methods of goods presentation and
active advertising, work in difficult conflict
situations: persuasion skills.
Group: up to 7 persons.
Duration: 10 hours (5 days, 2 hours a day in the
evening)
Probation period and a subsequent possibility of the
participation in promotion campaigns, which are
conducted by the Zventa Agency.
All the
trainings are conducted in groups with the usage of
video materials, discussions, role games and exercises.
